About TRIAKS
Built by operators, for operators.
TRIAKS started with a simple observation: the most important tier in UK logistics had no dedicated operating system. Every carrier had tools for themselves. Nobody built tools for their suppliers.
The mission
A logistics subcontractor running 20 vans on FedEx routes manages the same operational complexity as a mid-size enterprise: fleet, payroll, compliance, insurance, route costing. But they do it with spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and instinct.
TRIAKS gives subcontractors the same visibility global carriers have — without the enterprise price tag, without the implementation project, without the consultant.
Old-school subcontractors run on instinct. Modern subcontractors run on TRIAKS.
The AUREA relationship
TRIAKS Group is a subsidiary of AUREA, an operational holding company focused on building category-defining businesses in structural market gaps.
AUREA provides strategic capital, shared infrastructure, and operational expertise. TRIAKS operates independently with its own leadership, product team, and P&L.

How we work
Numbers first
Every decision is backed by data. We don't launch a feature because it sounds good. We launch it when operator interviews confirm the problem is real.
Operator-led
The product team spends time in depots, on routes, in operator offices. The platform is built around how the job actually works, not how it looks in a pitch deck.
Integrated, not bundled
Nine subsidiaries share data across a single platform. That's not a product strategy. It's a structural advantage that compounds over time.
Plain language
Logistics is full of jargon. TRIAKS isn't. If an operator wouldn't use a word on a job, we don't use it in the product.
